Batistei, Bucharest - The Urban Social Centre was initiated by the growing need of Social Cultural Assistance required by the Romanian Cities with an Architecture competition resulted. The location of the architectural intervention was designated in the heart of Cultural Center of Bucharest with a mixture of urban functions dominated by the National Theater, National Opera, and Art Decco Cultural Center. Thus the main advantage of a empty plot near the heart of Bucharest it could enriched by the functional and cultural assest of the Cultural Centre of Bucharest city. Small Plaza location is dominated by the vicinity of late 19 century buildings and The Cultural Theater Art Deco at the vicinity of the plot. So the resulted guidelines for the success of architecture object were traced and the final design established. This was the final solution proposed for the Architecture Urban Cultural Competition with the 3'rd place award.
