Prize Home - Buderim

4 Bedroom house we designed on a steeply sloping site with wide and distant ocean views. We used the pool as a step in the site. The entry courtyard is on the lower side of the pool allowing the pool to be a significant feature. The main living and dining room flow out to an alfresco living area with ocean views across the pool.

The house was purchased by a charity that runs "prize home" lotteries in November 2009.
