iGuzzini's headquarters complex arranges offices and a lighting showroom around a central 'garden of light' and feature glass stairway, allowing natural daylight deep into the heart of the building. An open bridge at first floor level connects the adjacent storage and distribution warehouse building. A BREEAM 'very good' rating was achieved, with on-site power, photovoltaic cells, ground source heat pumps.
