The program, with three functions ranging from the public to private, is organized into a 'U'-shaped plant in two levels. This shape is oriented to protect against solar radiation.
A double outer skin of micro-perforated metal folded sheets protects the interior of the action of the Sun and gives the building a significant solid aspect from the outside.
