    Building is formed out of two united elements: base and tower. For achieving the accurate scale for the new building the tower splits, so the duality can develop in the aesthetic formalisation of the towers skin. Two volumes meeting at the Plato is shown in volumetric composition as in the envelope conception. Diagonal geometry, designed gardens and duality of shifting massing are taken from horizontal plane to vertical one. The base is intended for public programme and tower for offices, apartments, restaurant and terraces.
